Kan Wu received his PhD in computer science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he worked on evolving system stacks for modern memory and storage hierarchies. His research includes topics such as memory management, caching, multi-tenancy, and data-intensive applications. Kan is interested in building efficient memory hierarchies and utilizing them to improve system/cloud efficiency. His research interests span operating systems, databases, and distributed systems.
