George is a visiting faculty researcher from the University of California at San Diego. He works on system-level applications of lightwave technology within Google’s infrastructure. His areas of interest include lightwave fabrics composed of optical circuit switches and optical transceivers for networking and computing applications and new system-level architectures enabled by lightwave technology.
